So let me tell you this. Stress is not your friend. You know that but you will still do it. We all do. <BR/><BR/>Still, when you can't do your best (or any) work, you just can't. So don't let yourself stress about it and make it worse. Sometimes you just have to go with the flow. Sonetimes you just need to take a mental health today. Even when you think you can't. But you will do a lot better work after taking a day off then if you try to force yourself through. So cut yourself some slack. I find that when my mind goes on strike, its usually for a reason. And the quicker I realize that I'm not all there and stop trying to force it, give in and sort of give up, the quicker it passes.<BR/><BR/>About 'outlining' ... I assume that's what we use to call making cans. Don't ask me, I have no idea where the term 'can' came from. Anyway, another piece of advice ... don't worry too much about what other people's look like. Like you noted earlier, everyone has a different studying style. I think everyone has a different style when it comes to outlining/cans too. So don't worry too much about what other people's look like. Besides part of the answer I think is in the process of making them. And this one sucks pre...Personal problems do suck. And this one sucks pretty hard. But you can do this. You can pull through and you'll be fine. My best advice in situations like these is always that you shouldn't metastress. In other words, you have valid reasons to stress out. But don't stress because you're stressed. Do what you have to do to deal with the stress you've got right now, even if that means blowing off school for a little bit. Clear your head for a day, then come back to it. You'll feel better.
