Law Review

No, I am not on it. What I was wondering if anyone out there (if anyone reads this blog!) ever petitioned again for their 3rd year?

Just a thought.

Its not allowed at my school, so I don't know anyone who has done it. But we had a few go out for moot court and mock trial as 3Ls. (I failed at mock as a 3L! woo!)

Just came across your blog- good luck with the rest of your law school adventures!

As far as Law Review goes, it's not allowed to re-try 3rd year at my school either. That being said, as someone on LR at my school be GLAD that you're not on. It's waayyy more of a pain than it's worth! If you really want to be on a journal though does your school have any others besides LR? My school has 5 other journals and 3rd years are allowed to write to those and some journals even take people mid-year. Good luck!

We have a few other journals. I am trying for all of them. And for LR, third year is going to be ummm, well, light. So while it's a lot of work, I won't have too many pesky classes in the way :)
